Hoy 28 de septiembre del año 2024. Pues bueno, vamos a hablar un poco de lo que viene siendo la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, que ahorita anda totalmente de moda. Totalmente de moda, porque pues se le ha atribuido su carácter de tribunal o órgano supremo elegido por el pueblo de México por primera vez en la historia, señoras y señores. El máximo órgano supremo del Poder Judicial de la Federación, la cual es la encargada de defender el orden de lo establecido en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Y para la banda que no sabía, pues anteriormente estaba integrada por 11 ministros. En esta ocasión, pues como toda la 4T recorta presupuesto, recorta todo, y solamente son 9 ministros supremos los que están ahí sentados, de los cuales uno de ellos funge como su presidente. Anteriormente esta elección era hecha por el Senado, y el cargo de cada uno de ellos podía durar hasta 15 añotes. Entonces, ahorita tan de moda que está, ¿qué hace realmente o qué va a hacer esta bola de pelados, de señoras y señores? Pues nada más y nada menos que dar seguimiento a los asuntos de gran importancia nacional. No a los casos comunes; no van a andar con que tu tía la Madrid o su ex marido; no van a andar con que tu primo el Xolo se robó una bicicleta para ponerse cricoso, no. Estos pelados son los encargados principalmente de los juicios de amparo, de la gente que anda ahí violando derechos humanos. Protegen pues a los ciudadanos en broncas de gran envergadura. Y estamos hablando de todos parejo, todos coludos o todos rabones. Entonces, para terminar pronto, estos pelados resuelven controversias constitucionales y resuelven pleitos legales entre los distintos niveles de gobierno. O sea, que si el presidente municipal quiere hacer del pedo porque el gobernador le está quitando presupuesto, pues que meta su amparo, meta su controversia y a ver de cómo nos toca. Entonces, ¿por qué ahorita anda tan de boga esta Suprema Corte? Pues porque, como les comento, esta es la primera vez que el pópulo, el popular, el poblacho los elige. A los ministros que están ahí sentados en esas bancas, en esos púlpitos de la lex legis, es la primera vez que los elige el pueblo sabio. Bueno, quién sabe si tan sabio, pero la mayoría sí es. Ese pueblo, y bueno, quién sabe si bueno, pues para eso pusieron ahí a la gente esa, no, para ver qué está bueno y qué está malo. Para ese pueblo, pueblo, pueblo popular, pulque, pueblo. Entonces, independientemente de que te caiga bien Morena, te caiga bien la 4T, te caiga bien Andrés Manuel López Obrador, pues estos pelados van a regir prácticamente todos y cada uno de los aspectos de tu vida, tanto laboral, como judicial, como penal, etcétera, etcétera, etcétera. O sea, van a validar todas las leyes que emanan del Congreso y, en teoría, deben de cuidar que no sean contrarias a la Constitución. La Constitución de la República, sobre las bases que está constituida la Carta Magna... que fue mancillada, que anduvo paseándose acá por el lado de la cueva del tabaco, por acá trajeron los archivos de la nación, por acá anduvieron paseándose cuando hay invasiones en el territorio nacional. Entonces, esa Carta Magna que constituyó a la República Mexicana como país después de que se emancipara de los gobiernos españoles, pues rige ahora sí que las reglas sociales de todos los que estamos aquí dentro de este territorio, nos guste o no. O sea, estos datos sientan jurisprudencia, es decir, crean criterios obligatorios nomás de ese pelo, para que todos los demás jueces y tribunales del país resuelvan casos de la misma manera. O sea, como quien dice, son los que llevan el cencerro en la parte judicial. De ahí para abajo, todo lo que se arme va bajo el criterio de estos pelados. Ahora, ¿a qué vamos? Estos pelados, independientemente de su formación académica, origen, raza, color, sexo, preferencia sexual, al final de cuentas son humanos. Y como humanos, así como tú, si te llegan con un maletín de 5 millones de dólares para que tomes una decisión importante... como ya lo vimos que tienen el poder estos pelados, pues ya sabrás qué harías tú. Aquí es donde yo les pregunto: ¿son vulnerables como cualquier ser humano, independientemente de su preparación académica, insisto? Entonces, a ver, es donde le pregunto a ti, ser común y corriente, porque pues es de lo que estamos hablando. A ti, lejos de lo que te digan en las noticias, lejos de lo que te digan los medios de comunicación, las redes sociales: ¿Qué prefieres? ¿Que los güeyes que rigen tu vida sean populachos, o que los güeyes que rigen tu vida sean unas pirinolas, pero con ciertos vínculos, con ciertos hilos arraigados y heredados? Yo, en lo personal, lo único que me parece correcto de esto es que se rompen esos hilos, hilos de compromisos que ya tenían años y años gestándose, oliendo a pudredumbre en todo el sistema mexicano. Entonces, ¿qué hacen estos pelados? Continuamos para que tengamos el contexto. Obviamente, entre ellos se tienen que poner de acuerdo si van a afectar la vida de millones y millones de personas, incluido tú que estás ahí sin qué hacer. Por eso dicen que es la mitad más uno, por eso es número impar, porque tiene que haber un voto de validez. Cuatro podemos decir que no, y si el presidente o cualquier otra dice que sí, pues se chingan, la mayoría. Entonces ahí es donde viene la categorización de los trabajos del pleno. Pueden haber ahí salas, pueden juntarse a lo mejor tres, después cinco, en fin. En pocas palabras, son la máxima autoridad judicial en México. Estos, como tal, no hacen leyes; estos pelados no hacen leyes, sino que simplemente se aseguran de que todas las leyes y los actos de autoridad se apeguen a la Constitución. Entonces, así de macizos van a estar estos pelados, entre ellos el indígena, de origen indígena, que va a ser el presidente, que muchos ya, por simplemente ser indígena, descarten que tenga la capacidad, lo cual se me hace una, pues, idiotez, ¿no? Obviamente también lo que se viene, y el principal argumento, es de que se disuelven los poderes de la república, o los poderes de la unión como república, al estar bajo el yugo del poder ejecutivo como tal. Es decir, dice la oposición que estos poderes van a estar disueltos, que solamente va a mandar López Obrador desde el más allá y a dictar todo lo que gobierna al pueblo de México. Entonces, vamos a ver si es cierto, no creo. Te pregunto de nuevo: Tú, que nunca has pisado un tribunal, que ni siquiera la Constitución conoces, tú, ¿qué prefieres? Sinceramente, no qué opinas ni qué te han hecho creer, tú qué prefieres. Esa es la pregunta primordial y el core de este asunto. Entonces, vamos a ver qué sucede. Por lo pronto ya están sentados, ya se tomaron la foto con sus prendas, acá de... bueno, al menos el presidente con sus trajes típicos, que no sé por qué a la gente se me hace que le caga. ¿A ver que pongan ahí, este, que se ponga un sombrero ahí medio macuaricho? Pues oye, pues o sea, ¿qué hacemos? Pues ya está ahí, ya está ahí, fue el que eligió la gente. Un poquito de contexto: pues la gente manda. No porque tú te creas muy inteligente —que no dudo que lo seas—, eres minoría. La gente, el populacho es el que manda. La masa es manipulable por las facciones izquierdas, por las facciones derechas, por las facciones conservadoras, siempre por el interés del capital, que a final de cuentas es el que tiene el poder para manipular presidentes, gobernadores, ejecutivos, legislativos y judiciales. Es el rey, el señor demiurgo es el que manda. Entonces, pues ¿para qué nos hacemos guajolotes? Para qué nos hacemos, este, fuera de la razón, es la verdad. Yo no lo puse así, es el pedo. Entonces no nos queda más que ser conscientes de dónde estamos parados y que si tú piensas que el país se está yendo, que ya somos Venezuela, pues lo que deberían de hacer es tratar de que esas voces se hagan populares. No precisamente buenas ni malas. Puede ser muy buena, puede ser que los números estén en números rojos, el país que se esté yendo a la lona y al caño de la desgracia, al despeñadero, pero si los güeyes que están ahí son populares, ahí van a seguir al menos por otros 12 añitos más, yo creo cuando menos. Entonces, es importantísimo que se pongan, o que nos pongamos, a buscar los contrapesos, pero consensados, coordinados, deseables, coherentes, sobre todo. Ya basta de yuriqueo. Sí, ya la 4T usted es una reverenda... este... cloaca. Pero ¿qué vamos a hacer? ¿O sea nos metemos a la cloaca con ellos? ¿Qué hacemos? Digan ustedes. Yo desde mi clase social, trabajadora, proletaria, peón, como me quieran ver... que volvemos al ejemplo de las 100 gentes: de las 100 gentes que conozco, no conozco más que, si acaso, uno o dos patrones. Todos los demás somos achichincles, obreros, proletarios, base obrera. Y por lo tanto, igual de importantes que ese 2%. Entonces tenemos muchísimo más cosas en común de lo que creemos, o de lo que nos quieren hacer creer. Divide y vencerás. No por nada el pueblo, el campesino, el obrero, lo unificó un solo bastión de mando que fue como lo supo hacer el obradorismo, y pues ahí está y va para rato. Hasta que no llegue otro bloque hegemónico a hacerle contrapeso. Pero ¿quién? ¿Quién va a ser el macizo? ¿Loret de Mola? ¿El tío Richi? ¿Este, los weyes de Atípical TV? La verdad no mamen, dan risa. Esperemos que pronto surja algo mejorcito y esto se equilibre, por el bien de todos, por el bien de tutémontem. Así es, de que bueno, pues ya. Hoy martes de política, un saludo ahí al grupo Parrandero de Monclova, que pues sigue la invitación abierta para el que quiera atorarle una platiquita amena con un servidor. Pero vamos, sígannos, sígannos al tanto todavía de las platiquitas estas. Vamos a seguirlas haciendo, expresando opinión. Yo creo que es algo de lo más importante, saber que somos animales políticos y no nada más ponernos a ver la puta casa de los famosos, en vez de ser un poquito más críticos con lo que está pasando a nuestro alrededor y que nos afecta directamente proporcional, más de lo que el pinche Abelito nos quiere hacer ver, más de lo que Televisa, más de lo que las redes sociales, más que lo que los medios masivos nos quieren hacer ver. Realmente ahorita estamos sufriendo las consecuencias del desinterés de hace tres meses, de hace un año, de hace dos años. ¿Cuánto más vamos a seguir así? ¿Cuándo vamos a despertar como sociedad y saber que tenemos muchísimo más cosas en común de las que nos quieren hacer creer? No se pierdan el próximo capítulo. Vamos a seguir por lo pronto apoyando esas nociones, esas mociones para unirnos. Unión, fraternidad, amor y respeto para toda la banda. En lo que tumbamos al vulgo vulgar, hediondo, mediocre y manipulable del poder que hasta ahorita ahí están y ahí seguirán, sean izquierda, derecha o centristas. Saludos, raza. Pórtense bien. So, to cut to the chase, these folks resolve constitutional controversies and legal disputes between the different levels of government. Meaning, if a municipal president wants to make a fuss because the governor is cutting their budget, well, they can file their amparo, file their controversy, and we'll see how it turns out for us. So, why is this Supreme Court so in vogue right now? Well, because, as I mentioned, this is the first time that the populace, the common people, the masses are electing them. The ministers sitting there in those benches, in those pulpits of the lex legis [law of the law], it's the first time the wise people have elected them. Well, who knows how wise, but the majority is. That people, and well, who knows if good, but that's why they put those people there, to see what's good and what's bad. For that people, people, popular people, pulque-drinking people. So, regardless of whether you like Morena, you like the 4T, you like Andrés Manuel López Obrador, these folks are going to govern practically each and every aspect of your life, both labor, judicial, penal, etc., etc., etc. Meaning, they will validate all laws emanating from Congress and, in theory, must ensure they are not contrary to the Constitution. The Constitution of the Republic, based on the foundations of the Magna Carta... which was sullied, which was paraded around here by the tobacco cave, over here they brought the nation's archives, over here they paraded when there are invasions in the national territory. These folks, regardless of their academic background, origin, race, color, sex, sexual preference, are ultimately human. And as humans, just like you, if someone shows up with a briefcase of 5 million dollars for you to make an important decision... as we've already seen the power these folks have, well, you can imagine what you would do. This is where I ask you: are they as vulnerable as any human being, regardless of their academic preparation, I insist? You, far from what they tell you on the news, far from what the media tells you, social media: What do you prefer? That the guys who rule your life be common folk, or that the guys who rule your life be elite types, but with certain ties, with certain deep-rooted and inherited connections? Personally, the only thing I find correct about this is that those ties are broken, ties of commitments that had been brewing for years and years, smelling of rot throughout the Mexican system. So, what do these folks do? Let's continue for context. Obviously, they have to agree among themselves if they are going to affect the lives of millions and millions of people, including you who are out there with nothing to do. That's why they say it's a majority of one, that's why it's an odd number, because there has to be a validating vote. Four can say no, and if the president or any other says yes, well, they're screwed, the majority wins. So that's where the categorization of the plenary's work comes in. There can be panels, maybe three get together, then five, etc. In short, they are the highest judicial authority in Mexico. These, as such, do not make laws; these folks don't make laws, but they simply ensure that all laws and acts of authority adhere to the Constitution. So, that's how powerful these folks are going to be, among them the indigenous person, of indigenous origin, who will be the president, whom many, simply for being indigenous, will dismiss as incapable, which seems like, well, idiocy to me, right? Obviously, what's also coming, and the main argument, is that the powers of the republic, or the powers of the union as a republic, are dissolved by being under the yoke of the executive power as such. That is, the opposition says these powers will be dissolved, that only López Obrador will rule from beyond and dictate everything governing the people of Mexico. So, let's see if it's true, I don't think so. I ask you again: You, who have never set foot in a court, who doesn't even know the Constitution, you, what do you prefer? Sincerely, not what you think or what you've been made to believe, what do you prefer. That is the primary question and the core of this matter. So, let's see what happens. It could be very good, it could be that the numbers are in the red, the country is going down to the canvas and into the gutter of disgrace, over the cliff, but if the guys who are there are popular, they will stay there for at least another 12 more years, I think at least. So, it is extremely important that we start looking for counterweights, but consensual, coordinated, desirable, coherent ones, above all. Enough of yuriqueo [squabbling]. Yes, the 4T is a total... uh... cesspool. But what are we going to do? Do we jump into the cesspool with them? What do we do? You tell me. From my social class, working, proletarian, peon, whatever you want to call me... let's go back to the example of 100 people: out of the 100 people I know, I don't know more than, maybe, one or two bosses. All the rest are underlings, workers, proletarians, the worker base. And therefore, just as important as that 2%. So we have much more in common than we believe, or than they want us to believe. Divide and conquer. No wonder the people, the peasants, the workers, were unified by a single command bastion, which is what Obradorism knew how to do, and well, there it is and it's here to stay.
